Hey everybody, Vanessa, Mikey, and I got to Manila safely and we're all doing well. We hope that everything is going wel over there and I want to ask if yo uguys can send the Philppines some snow. They have it backwards over here. They seem to think having an eternal summer is a good thing. Hahah.

10 things That I've Noticed Since I left.

1. I had vision of Genesis and my mom watching the Bears crush the Seahawks. In the end, I was so jealous. Of both of them.

2. Filipino television doesn't seem to have much scripting.

3. Driving in the Philippines is nuts. The only way I can really describe it is, organized bedlam. I mean seriously, there are some streets here with no lanes, but drivers create them.

4. I'll never take bathroom hygiene for granted ever again.

5. Narita Airport in Japan is absolutely enormous. It took us quite literally 2 hours to go from one gate (where we landed) to another (where we were supposed to take off) and only 30 minutes of that was when we wer checking in.

6. Perfectly spoken english never sounded so good to me in my life.

7. There are a LOTS of malls here, but all of them resemble Night Market.

8. Filipino ads are hilarious. By the house where we are staying is a huge billboard that says, "Hate Late" and it's for Pizza Hut.

9. Nobody here thinks I'm funny, so I guess I took a little bit of Canada with me.

10. Maybe I should coem back for the Canucks sakes. I heard they got thrased 5-2 against Minnesota. Sounds good to me.Know that I miss you all. God bless you
